TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The website constitutes a platform for advertising professional services, including general cleaning, pest control, furniture cleaning, air conditioner cleaning, home appliance repair, and a payment collection system for service providers.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement that applies to any action performed on the website.


Definitions

Website – a platform for advertising cleaning services and processing payments. The term “Website” also refers to the company operating the platform.

Client – a person who contacts the Website for the purpose of ordering services from a service provider.

Service Provider – an independent contractor.

Service – a service provided by a Service Provider to a Client.

Payment / Collection – payment collected from the Client through the Website and transferred to the Service Provider.

Commission – a fee charged for advertising services or for collecting payments from the Client or the Service Provider.


Terms

  1. The Website’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service order. The contractual relationship between the Service Provider and the Client is a direct relationship.

  2. It is agreed that no employer–employee relationship exists between the Website and the Service Providers. The Service Provider is directly engaged by the Client.

  3. The Client will receive a receipt from the Website confirming payment for the service.

  4. For the commission (if applicable), the Client will receive a valid tax invoice issued by the Website or the operating company.

  5. The Website shall not be liable for theft, damages, or any other loss caused by a Service Provider. The Website’s liability, if any, is limited solely to the amount collected through the Website for that service.

  6. Payment shall be made either:

    • in advance via credit card at the time of booking, or

    • in cash upon completion of the service at the Client’s premises.

  7. If the Client chooses to pay in cash, they must provide credit card details at the time of booking to secure the payment and must pay the Service Provider immediately upon completion of the service.

  8. In case of cancellation or rescheduling, the Client must notify at least 24 hours in advance. The notice must be given through the same channel used for the booking.

  9. If the Client cancels less than 24 hours in advance, fails to cancel, refuses the service, or is not present at the scheduled time, the Client will be charged the full service amount.

  10. If for any reason the Service Provider is unable to provide the service, the Company will cancel the charge with the credit card company, and the Client will not be charged.

  11. If the Client wishes to order an additional service beyond the original booking, they must contact the Website’s customer service department to arrange it.

  12. Arrival times of the Service Provider:

  • Morning bookings: between 07:00–08:30

  • Afternoon bookings: between 12:00–14:30

  1. The Client agrees not to engage the Service Provider directly for future services. In case of breach, the agreed compensation is 15,000 NIS.

  2. These Terms and Conditions are the intellectual property of the Website. Copying or using them without authorization will result in agreed damages of 20,000 NIS.

  3. Placing an order on the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


Jurisdiction

The competent court shall be the Magistrate Court in Tel Aviv.
