Условия и положения:

Сайт служит площадкой для рекламы услуг по уборке, а также системой выставления счетов поставщикам услуг по уборке.

Настоящие положения и условия представляют собой юридическое соглашение, которое применяется ко всем действиям, совершаемым на сайте.

Определения:

  • Сайт: Платформа для рекламы услуг по уборке и биллинговая система. Когда используется термин «сайт», он также относится к компании, управляющей сайтом.

  • Клиент: лицо, которое заходит на сайт и намеревается заказать услуги по уборке у поставщика клининговых услуг.

  • Поставщик услуг по уборке: независимый работник, ответственный за выставление счета за услуги, оказанные клиенту.

  • Уборка: Услуга, предоставляемая поставщиком услуг по уборке клиенту.

  • Оплата или выставление счета: оплата, взимаемая поставщиком услуг по уборке через веб-сайт и перечисляемая ему.

  • Комиссия: Плата за рекламу или сбор оплаты от поставщика услуг по уборке.

Что включено в уборку:

  • Клиент должен точно указать, что будет сделано в процессе уборки, который он заказал. Клиент может указать предпочтения или оставить инструкции для команды, чтобы гарантировать, что работник будет работать так, как нужно. Команда будет работать по вашему адресу в течение приобретенного вами периода обслуживания и покинет ваш адрес после окончания периода обслуживания.

Что не входит в уборку:

  • Post-construction cleaning, yard cleaning, steam cleaning, pet waste removal, moving items weighing more than 12 kg, pest and vermin spraying, deep stain removal, upholstery and carpet cleaning, ceiling cleaning, and areas with inconvenient access. Cleaning does not apply to public places or areas not included in your square meterage outside the area where you receive services. Separate orders can also be placed for such areas related to a shared area or outside the cleaning area.

Supply of Cleaning Materials and Tools:

  • Cleaning materials and equipment are not provided by the team. Equipment and materials already present in your home will be used.

Conditions:

  • The site is not responsible beyond the amount determined for that cleaning service order by the cleaning service provider, and the contractual relationship between the cleaning service provider and the customer is a direct one.

  • It is agreed between the customer and the site that there is no employer-employee relationship between the site and the cleaning service providers, and it is a direct transaction by the cleaning service provider for the customer.

  • The customer will receive an invoice from the cleaning service provider or will report it as household employee to tax authorities and National Insurance Institute.

  • For the commission, the customer will receive a tax invoice from the site or the company operating the site.

Cancellation or Rescheduling Terms:

  • In case of cancellation or rescheduling, the customer must notify at least 24 hours in advance, cancellation or rescheduling notices will be provided in the same manner chosen for placing the order. If the service is scheduled for the first day of the work week, or on the first day after a non-working day, cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before the start of Saturday or a non-working holiday.

  • Giving cancellation notice less than 24 hours and up to 12 hours before the scheduled date will result in a charge of 120 ILS.

  • If the customer gives cancellation notice less than 12 hours before the scheduled date, or fails to cancel altogether, or refuses to accept the service, or is not at home at that time, the full payment for the order will be charged.

  • If for any reason the cleaning service provider cannot provide the service, the company will notify the credit card company of the cancellation and will not charge the customer for the order.

  • If the customer requests additional cleaning hours beyond those ordered, they must contact the customer service department of the site to arrange additional service.

  • The cleaning service provider's arrival time is between 07:00-08:30 in the morning for a morning appointment, or between 12:00-14:00 for a noon appointment.

  • It is agreed that the customer is prohibited from directly ordering the cleaning service provider for the following times, and agreed compensation for breach of this condition is 15,000 ILS.

  • Настоящие положения и условия являются интеллектуальной собственностью сайта, их копирование или использование запрещено и повлечет за собой согласованную компенсацию в размере 20 000 израильских шекелей.
